The Swaringens

We're the Swaringens and we've lived in the Rio Grande Valley for 10 years. We have three kids who keep us on our toes. We have a heart for cross-cultural missions and have served in five different countries. Caleb is a teacher and Christy takes care of the kids and works on the side as a freelance graphic designer

The Reynas

Eric, Abigail and Evianna attend and serve at Storehouse Community Church. Abigail works as a Physician Assistant in McAllen, TX. Eric is a stay-at-home dad and works as a Behavioral Therapist. Evianna works as a full time bundle of joy and laughter.

Jocelyn Lopez

I’m a teacher and a business owner (Ever Be Events), but first and foremost I am a believer. I first met Emily when volunteering in the sweetest Colonia in Mexico . Having the opportunity to speak into young girls lives, while taking part of their bible study, is something quite special. I love to bring arts and crafts activities and worship songs as we dive into God’s word. Seeing how Emily and Jonah serve, allowed me to see God’s ministry vision for this community. I hope to continue to visit, disciple, and serve the youth. Every time I visit, it’s a blessing that fills my heart with much hope. I am thankful to be part of Enviado Para Amar.
